Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project  expect to go for 4+ years *** ***Mostly remote ***  *** W2 hourly contract only no c2c or 1099 ***  **pick up laptop in person and must be able to attend onsite meetings when requested. **

Short Description:

Under supervision, applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting project leads. Drives the development and application of project management methodology and culture.

Job Description:

Work with a project manager (or program manager) to assist with the day to day completion of project tasks and deliverables associated with a project or larger program.   Work may include the following tasks:

  • Schedule meetings with business users, other project leaders and/or vendor partners as requested
  • Ensure all project artifacts are appropriately organized and stored on project site. 
  • Participate in various project related meetings to capture notes, action items, and decisions to accurately reflect discussions among project team members
  • Disseminate meeting notes to attendees and capture and updates or edits
  • Ensure meeting documents are appropriately organized and stored on project site
  • Develop presentations, spreadsheets or other documents as directed by Program/Project Managers
  • Ensure project templates and tools are kept up to date and available to project team members
  • Disseminate meeting notes to attendees and capture any corrections and obtain approval 
  • Prepare and execute project deliverables and artifacts for electronic signature

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High motivated, self directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Collaborative team player capable of supporting multiple project leaders 
  • Workday implementation experience highly desired.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 3 Years
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint 1 Years

 

  • Project coordination in a large scale ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.) implementation. 2/3 yr. minimum
