Education and Experience:
- 15-20 years of experience in managing a portfolio of different type of complex projects.
- Strong CRM evaluation skills, especially with DealCloud as a CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to develop constructive relationships with stakeholders, executives, and project teams effectively.
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to align project management strategies with the organization's overall strategic goals and objectives.
- Relevant project management certifications preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation and possible implementation of DealCloud as a CRM within the organization.
- Responsible for establishing project standards and ensuring adherence to project management methodology and best practices for implementations of new business applications.
- Responsible for prioritization and planning processes that enable the firm to implement a new CRM vs the CRM they currently have in place.
- Establish a master project plan across business and Management and Operations groups, to implement the chosen CRM (DealCloud or other)
- Develop KPIs that can be used to measure program performance throughout the full project development lifecycle.
- Support Business teams in the strategic planning and development of the Technology roadmap aligned to the business' goal and objectives.
