Experience creating functional specification documents

No real meaningful experience creating functional specification documents or appears knowledgeable in writing User Stories.

The three key skill and experience areas needed are Requirements Gathering, Formal Documentation, and Test Case Writing and Execution.

This is not a business systems analyst.  It is a traditional BA with excellent documentation skills. 

Knowledgeable in writing user stories

Experience area needed are requirements gathering, formal documentation and test case writing and execution

Background in business analysis, project management, or related field as well as experience in software development organization.

Experience in conducting thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, create requirements for new processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes.

Ability to be an advocate for the user and provide usable and efficient solutions for their problems.

Ability to analyze and interpret user requirements and adjust to rapidly changing user requirements.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbal and written.
