Client is seeking  IT Scrum Master to support the firm’s IT Data CoE. The role facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

The candidate is expected to ensure that all the IT teams’ work packages are thoroughly implemented, and inter-team dependencies are met. The candidate must be a people manager, technically proficient, able to multi-task well, explain solutions clearly, is well organized, and can work independently with minimal oversight. This role will work closely with the Project Manager.

Previous exposure/knowledge of trade finance - SWAPS, Derivatives at a bank desired.
