- Direct communication channel to Sr. Leadership (Chairs, SVP, VP) on project progression, barriers and areas of support
- Drive Alignment across 5 Op-Cos, 2-regions on change management efforts
- Align plans and impact with other Drive Initiatives ( i.e Canada Transition, N2.0)
- Owning detailed project plan, timelines and Identify any project risks, delays, or requirements
- Collaborating with Workstream Leads – providing detail task, monitoring progress, adapting plans.
- Developing change management processes
- Experience in international shipping and managing large complex project
- Experience with working with multiple op-cos
