Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:
Proficient in SQL Server Database development.
Strong expertise in VBA coding for automation and process improvement.
Demonstrated experience in building Power BI Dashboards.
2. Industry Experience:
Mandatory experience working at a mid to large size investment firm.
In-depth understanding of fixed income analytics.
3. Years of Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience as an IT developer.
4. Preferred Qualifications:
- Insurance industry experience is nice to have.
5. Working Conditions:
Hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility in remote and office work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring efficient data management.
2. Design and implement VBA coding solutions to automate manual processes and enhance system functionality.
3. Create Power BI Dashboards for effective data visualization and analysis.
4. Utilize industry knowledge to contribute to fixed income analytics project.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
