Description
NYBE is requesting one (1) IT Specialist Senior HBITS resource to develop an enterprise electronic licensing systems using Microsoft ASP.Net technology to support the Office of Cannabis Management Universal Applications Back Office and True Parties of Interest, SLA Back Office Licensing System, DOS Corporation Business Formation System and DOS Corporation Appearance Enhancement system that will all integrate with the NY Business Express System.
Duties
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .Net technology in support of NYBE Backoffice applications.
- Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate with the NYBE project teams from facilitate agency onboarding to the application (which involves a multi-step/multi-week process.
- Work with BAs, architects and developers to configure and support priority project, working with agency input, application, application training, and release “Go-Live” activities.

- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

- 72 months experience as lead developer of web-based systems using Microsoft .Net Core, Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms and C#, Angular, Node, Bootstrap framework.
- 72 months experience in .NET programming, design patterns, development and implementation of .NET-C#, .NET Core 3.0 Framework, Entity Framework, microservices, LINQ, Angular (v4 to v11), REST web service, SOAP web service, Visual Studio, IIS, TFS, Postman, XUnit, Swagger.
- 72 months experience in Microsoft/Oracle technologies of a variety of computer languages, create navigation structures and information designs; construct prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to communicate design to business analysts & enterprise architecture team to include developing a graphic design that communicates the ideas being promoted by the requirements.
- 60 months experience performing gap analysis and design solutions to support growing business needs, build and maintain design system/pattern libraries that align with business strategies and objectives, and collaborate with architects, developers, analysts to meet project objectives.
- 72 months experience in developing and supporting JavaScript AJAX and C# .Net applications including JQuery and DOM manipulation.
- 72 months experience work with software languages: .NET C# / SQL Server/ Oracle/ jQuery/ HTML5/ JavaScript/ Angular/ Bootstrap/ CSS/ C++/ Java/ PHP/ Python/ Scala.
- 72 months experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures and packages and performance tuning in an Oracle or MSSQL database.
- 60 months experience with Git, as well as build systems, writing and using automated tests scripts.
- 60 months experience in providing technical support for production software systems. Including debugging customer issues, diagnosing performance issues, review error logs, oversee source code repositories and software configurations.
- 12 months of experience in Windows IIS administration.
