JOB DETAIL

Under supervision, applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting project leads. Drives the development and application of project management methodology and culture.

Title: Project Coordinator

Duration: 18 months
Agency: State Accounting Office
Work Schedule: Hybrid – Must be able to attend onsite meetings when requested.

Work with a project manager (or program manager) to assist with the day-to-day completion of project tasks and deliverables associated with a project or larger program. Work may include the following tasks:

•Schedule meetings with business users, other project leaders and/or vendor partners as requested
•Ensure all project artifacts are appropriately organized and stored on project site.
•Participate in various project related meetings to capture notes, action items, and decisions to accurately
reflect discussions among project team members
•Disseminate meeting notes to attendees and capture and updates or edits
•Ensure meeting documents are appropriately organized and stored on project site
•Develop presentations, spreadsheets or other documents as directed by Program/Project Managers
•Ensure project templates and tools are kept up to date and available to project team members
•Disseminate meeting notes to attendees and capture any corrections and obtain approval
•Prepare and execute project deliverables and artifacts for electronic signature

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

•Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
•Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•High-motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
•Collaborative team player capable of supporting multiple project leaders
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
•Workday implementation experience highly desired.
