- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager
- Minimum of one year experience as a Project Manager in a NYS (State, city, local) agency.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year as a project manager which is federally funded requiring project management activities to conform to federal requirements prior to project implementation, e.g., testing, deployment and pilot requirements and federal program specific requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with MS Project
- Minimum of 5 years' Agile experience
- Current PMP or PgMP certification through Project Management Institute.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects that deployed very large transactional data systems for State, Local/City, or Federal programs
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing transformational projects, where the legacy technology was COBOL based.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects with over 20 resources
