We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Lead Engineer for an urgent opportunity with our client. The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, GA, and must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a small group of offshore developers while actively contributing to development tasks.

Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a small team of offshore developers.
Actively contribute to the development of .NET applications.
Balance responsibilities between development (50%) and management (50%), with the flexibility to adjust focus based on project needs.
Technical Stack:

Database: Microsoft SQL Server
API: .NET Core (.NET 7/8)
UI: Blazor
Infrastructure: Azure platform as a service (Azure SQL, Webapps, etc) – DevOps git repositories

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for database management.
Expertise in .NET Core, with knowledge of the latest versions (7/8).
Hands-on experience with Blazor for UI development.
Familiarity with Azure platform services, including Azure SQL and Webapps.
Experience with DevOps practices, utilizing Git repositories.
