•             Work closely with business and IT areas in an agile methodology creating and writing users stories and acceptance criteria.

•             Support the high-level scope understanding and defining / gathering processes to define future requirements.

•             Work closely with teams to explain them the functionality to be developed. 

•             Document the business processes, requirements and the enhancement requests related to application enhancements. 

•             Prepare training material and perform training sessions to ensure that those enhancements are understood by back-office and business areas.

•             Work closely with the business and development teams to ensure the solution being designed fits the business needs.

•             Preparation of functional requirements that will deliver enhancements to meet business needs.

•             Collaborate with the management team to continually improve the quality of system implementation processes.

•             Help during the testing phase to guarantee QA areas are validating proper scenarios.

Requirements:

•             3+ years of experience in similar roles

•             Experience in agile methodologies.

•             Experience with business processes mapping, business requirement gathering and enhancement requests identification and documentation.

•             Demonstrate system implementation experience on IT projects.

•             Knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
