* Architecture Engineers or Mechanical Engineers Degree 
* EnergyPlus and/or OpenStudio more important than ASHRAE
* Austin Energy Green Building - Group within AE since 1991 that develops rating system and evaluations & energy codes nationally and internationally.  
* Building Energy Modeling Prototypes building models in EnergyPlus or OpenStudio Software. 
* Lead over another contractor next year - post occupancy analysis program - Project Manager
* Assist on evaluations customer energy models, building plans, extract, read mechanical and light systems.

 

MUST HAVE

7 -  Manages projects that require a level of technical proficiency as well as coordinative and administrative responsibility

2  - Creates building energy models in EnergyPlus and/or OpenStudio

2  - Skill in reading plans and specifications of new commercial and/or multifamily building construction projects to determine energy model inputs

2  - Knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1 appendix G 

3  - Skill in using Excel at intermediate level
