Job Description:

Collaborate with colleagues and partners to create prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements.

Review solutions and recommend improvements.

Own the design of Salesforce and other solutions.

Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.

Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.

Define and maintain the overall application and platform architecture for the organization.

Provide technical leadership and assistance to projects outside of Salesforce as identified by leadership.

Qualifications:

Marketing experience/education preferred.

Salesforce certifications preferred.

SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar training/certifications preferred.

Knowledge & Experience

12+ years of IT and business experience.

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and architectural frameworks.

8+ years of hands-on experience applying systems thinking to create documentation, technical models, reference architecture, whitepapers, and presentations for use by all levels of management, functional, and technical staff.

Experience designing and implementing cloud architectures.

Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce Roadmaps.
