-10+ years of AEM Architecture experience- they use version 6.5

-Well versed in Java and javascript

-Experience on all different aspects of AEM architecture

-AEM Cloud Experience, on prem to Cloud

-AMS (Adobe Managed Service) experience

-Adobe Target Analytics - integration part of that, how to implement those

-Ability to move them to the cloud when they are ready, look at the current environment.

-Someone who is very hands on, someone who can code on a daily basis if there is a need.

Plusses:

-Linux or shell scripting experience for logging into the servers to check the logs.
