Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Involved in interacting with the core team and dealing with end users documenting specifications and requirements.

Having a good understanding of the billing revenue process and also a good understanding of end-to-end business process with systems like SAP, and Maximo will be an added advantage.

Should have participated in Agile practices and ceremonies Also experience in converting business requirements into JIRA epics, detailed stories
