1. Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, or management information systems.
2. Certification: Cloud Solutions Architect Certification and/or Cloud Infrastructure Certifications
3. 7 years of Hands-on experience in designing, building, and supporting cloud-native application solutions.
4. 7 years of Experience in combined roles of enterprise or technical architecture, cloud platform development, cloud strategy, or IT strategy
5. 7 years of Experience in migration of applications from on-premise to cloud with enterprise architecture
6. 7 years of Experience in Application security architecture in Cloud/on-prem environment
7. 7 years of Experience in the implementation of cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS and demonstrating expertise in authentication and authorization using Okta, SailPoint, and/or similar technologies
8. 7 years of Experience in security policies, implementing multi-factor authentication, enabling single-sign-on (SSO) capabilities, and securing APIs using gateway platforms for multiple channels
9. 7 years of Experience in the design and implementation of Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular, ReactJS and/or other similar frameworks/libraries
10. 7 years of Experience in developing cloud-native applications, adhering to best practices for cloud platforms
11. 7 years of Experience in designing microservices-based architectures. Decomposing monolithic applications into microservices
12. 7 years of Experience in developing microservices using Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA and/or Hibernate
13. 7 years of Hands-on development experience implementing applications utilizing any J2EE Application Server, Authentication and Authorization, Caching strategies
14. 7 years of Experience with IaaC, automation and various CICD principles, ability to apply this experience to manage cloud based infrastructure.
15. 7 years of Experience with middleware process orchestration and integrations using IBM BPM/BAW and/or similar technologies
16. 7 years of Experience with batch processing, scheduling tools and file storage in cloud environment
17. 7 years of Experience in application integrations with external systems preferably with CMS, IRS and/or other third parties
18. 7 years of Experience in designing applications for scalability and optimizing performance in cloud environment.
19. 7 years of Experience in implementing robust logging using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace in cloud environment
20. 7 years of Hands-on programming experience in the following languages: Java, J2EE, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, UI frameworks/libraries (preferably Angular), Spring, Java Server Pages, Servlet, EJB, JSON, XML, ES5/ES6, NPM, Maven, Business Process
21. 7 years of Experience in implementing Client-facing applications with responsive design and development
22. 7 years of Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift)
23. 7 years of Hands-on experience participating in all phases of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
24. 7 years of Experience with messaging platforms using IBM MQ and/or similar technologies in cloud environment
25. 7 years of Experience in Test-driven development and test creation using frameworks such as Katalon, Karma, Jasmine, Selenium

Desirable Skills:  

1. 6 years of Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later and JBOSS
2. 6 years of Prior state eligibility systems experience either State of Texas or other states including CMS experience
3. 4 years of Hands-on development experience for mobile and tablet platforms
4. 4 years of Experience with business rules engine using IBM ODM and/or similar technologies
5. 4 years of experience with Knowledge of APIs design and implementation.
6. 4 years of experience with Knowledge of Monitoring tools
