The ideal candidate will have experience managing large enterprise projects (multi-million dollar), strong knowledge of the public sector, and excellent communication skills
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years of recent experience leading large cross-enterprise projects.
- PMP certification.
- Prior experience managing projects for a California state agency.
- Experience with Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process submission on a CA state project.
- Strong knowledge of Agile.
- Experience managing complex projects within organizations that involve ambiguity and is capable of creating a structure to effectively handle them.
- Ability to engage individuals at all levels of an organization in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Energetic and collaborative with a proactive approach.
