Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects
Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers
Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project
Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project
Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs
Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff
Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts

This position will be assigned to one of the Enterprise Complaints pega scrum teams attending scrum ceremonies and completing stories assigned during sprints
What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?
Maintaining and modernizing the Enterprise Complaints Pega application to meet the needs of stakeholders from multiple CoSAs. This will include working with the scrum team and product owners to design and implement solutions in Pega.
