Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Eight years of experience developing application in C#.Net.
- Five years of experience with HTML5.
- Five years of experience with MVC.
- Five years of experience with AngularJS, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Eight years of experience with Visual Studio.
- Three years of experience with Azure DevOps.
- Five years of extensive experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Five years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements.
- Five years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption.
- Five years of experience with web accessibility standards.
- Three years of experience with Integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport.
- Five years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers.
- Five years of experience with SSRS.
- Five years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices.
- One year of experience Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration.
- Eight years of experience developing web-based applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
SERVICE TASKS:
- Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- Provide Web Applications Programmer consulting services for Scrum development projects as directed by the Department, which includes: Planning Sessions; Stand-Up Sessions, Review Sessions; Backlog Grooming Sessions; Pointing Sessions; and Retrospective Sessions.
- Modify, create, and test application and database code for identified stories, with a zero-defect rate, as directed by the Department.
- Document and store application modifications and additions, daily, as coding tasks are assigned by the Department.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK:
- The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
