- Senior Front End Developer with 10+ years’ experience
- Experience with React, functional js and headless integrations
- Expert in Modern Javascpript framework (REACT will be the most common)
- Has a high standard for visual fidelity and matching comps
- Is familiar with system level styles and component systems (part of a larger team)
- Is comfortable following a functional spec and specific requirements in a document
- Understands and believes in the importance of accessibility standards
- Can work independently and quickly with little oversight and can focus on large features while focusing on specific tickets simultaneously
- Understands urgency and can unblock themselves with little or no prompting, or raises alarm bells otherwise
