• Certification and/or hands-on experience applying Design Thinking practices on projects in a professional environment• 8-10 years experience leading high profile marketing or communications projects, including identifying requirements, managing partner expectations, communicating risks and dependencies, copywriting, video or creative content production• Persuasive and polished storytelling skills which you have applied to thought leadership content, training delivery and/or community building events; Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas with creative, engaging and original content cross-functionally; strong verbal and written communication skills• Experience in managing creative teams of content producers, content strategists, instructional designers, and curators. • Demonstrated ability to drive large meetings or trainings while keeping attendees engaged• Excellent spoken and written English• Proficient in Miro, Slack, Jira, Figma, Microsoft products (Teams, PowerBI, Office Suite, SharePoint), Qualtrics

Desirable Skills:
