A strong Business Analyst experienced with working with Commercial bonds and claims with expertise in documenting high level requirements and functional specifications. Ability to independently work with business, finance, technology, and other teams in understanding the System needs and translating them into requirements. Creating/updating process flows to ensure all parties are in synch with what needs to happen on each application.
