- Gather and document requirements from the business and external partners
- Work with developers to manage ticket backlog and assignments
- Set up formalized scrum team structure
- Provide gap analysis with business leaders to come up with strategic roadmap
- Lead team meetings and track status of work on projects
- Oversee that deliverables on projects are being met
Required Qualifications :
- Five (5) years’ experience Business Analyst
- A Master’s degree substitutes for three years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree
- Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months in Business Analyst role
- Two (2) engagement lasting more than six (6) months in Project Manager role
- Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC)
- Lead BA experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Services
- Business Analyst Certification (IIBA certification or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and assistance in directing and managing program/project development from beginning to end
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate program/project plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely fashion
