JOB DETAIL

  • Perform all project management assignments for medium to high complexity and/or high SKU count.
  • Proactively meet company milestones and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing, and design-to-manufacturing processes.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring decisions and outcomes are achieved.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships/partnerships with cross-functional groups.
  • Identify and address moderate to complex risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and implement new processes and procedures with limited guidance from management.
  • Analyze vendor quotes, question issues, and review prototypes and samples.
  • Understand the impact of project availability across the supply chain and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor team members effectively.

Qualifications:

  • PMP/PgMP certification or 8+ years of project management experience.
  • At least 8 years of project management experience, managing all project phases from startup to closure.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Business Process Improvement (BPI) certification highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in project management with articulated goals and delivered results.
  • Strong ability to communicate systems deployment and integration to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Proactive, collaborative, driven, and committed to excellence in task execution.
  • Superior writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to listen for understanding.
  • Self-motivated, independent, creative, energetic, and assertive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working in cross-functional teams, both internally and client-side.
  • Strong commitment to ensuring quality and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building, with strong problem-solving skills.
