JOB DETAIL

 Facilitates project planning and decision making

related to the project 

 Supporting and project managing the ATO MCS

MES Global Standardization Project   

 Responsible to manage approved expense and

capital budget  

 Responsible to develop scope, schedule, budget

and obtain the required capital funding and manage

the execution for the Level 2 Integration and IDA

(Instrument Data Acquisition) scope 

 Preparing monthly status cost reports and project

status reports for senior management  

 Exhibit proactive leadership and behavior  

 Ensure a strategic relationship and strong

communication with senior leadership team to form a

deep understanding of priorities and desired business

outcomes 

 Lead project success, by managing risks,

removing roadblocks, advancing issues and delivering

high quality results 

 Build and maintain strong relationships with

business partners; proactively communicating,

seeking advice, and facilitating critical business

decisions 

 Review and update the Project Charter and obtain

approvals, as required 

 Be the primary point of contact on behalf of ATO

MCS MES Global Standardization scope 

 Manage and utilize the project resources including

CWs, FTEs and vendors assigned to the project 

 Prepare & maintain the Roles & Responsibilities

matrix for the project team including stakeholders,

review it during the project kickoff meeting and apply

the LACTI chart throughout the project lifecycle 

 Obtain final proposals from vendors, review and

approve all purchase orders, change orders and

invoices, by keeping track of all project financials, and

provide monthly financial reporting 

 Review all changes or deviations to the project

scope, schedule and/or cost with the key

stakeholders, and escalate to the project governance

team for review and approval 

 Regularly review the project Risk Register for all

the risks identified, include newly identified risks,

assess their impact and identify mitigation plan for

each risk towards completion 

 Lead regular project cadence to discuss the

progress, scope changes, schedule updates, resource

review, outstanding issues and action items 

 Regularly apprise the respective plant

management team about the project progress through

project dashboard including highlights, lowlights,

challenges, risks, accomplishments, and next steps. 

 Prepare and present business case to address

any schedule extension or additional budget

requirements to the Management team for approval.
