Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in Interaction/UX Design/Graphic Design OR 7+ years of experience in Interaction/UX Design
• Portfolio showcasing engaging experiences across desktop and mobile channels
• Understanding of the Human-Centered Design (HCD) process
• Knowledge of best practices in human-centered design
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or Content Management Systems

Other Required Skills: 

• Design for desktop and mobile experiences (Contract)
• Practice in HCD, Design Thinking, Visual Design, Mobile Design, Prototyping, and Heuristics
• Design for conversational/voice UI
• Understanding of the value of Design Systems
• Rapid prototyping abilities
• Collaborative and self-starting on cross-functional teams
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders
• Welcoming of design critique and iterative based on feedback

• Prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe CC, Jira
