Experience translating business requirements into data requirements.
Experience in gathering and reviewing/comparing data from multiple sources, including but not limited to Oracle databases using Lawson LBI, or SQL, Excel spreadsheets, and vendor generated reports.
Experience in creating complex pivot tables using Excel for data comparisons.
Experience in creating programs for data validation using SQL.
Expert experience with database query and merging datasets using Microsoft Excel.
Ability to design, generate and validate results of analyses of complex data sets, and facilitates reporting to improve operational outcomes.
Ability to develop and maintain quality control standards and data reconciliation techniques for internal and external reporting.
Experience in developing and implementing algorithms for data analysis and modeling.
Ability to evaluate and select appropriate software tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate the findings clearly.
