Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage IT projects related to supply chain manufacturing systems from inception to completion
•Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
•Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and IT, to align project objectives with business goals
•Communicate project status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management
•Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for supply chain manufacturing system improvements
•Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical specifications
•Evaluate and select third-party vendors or technology partners when necessary
•Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
•Define and execute testing strategies to ensure the reliability and functionality of implemented solutions
•Implement best practices for quality assurance and user acceptance testing
•Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes within the manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on supply chain manufacturing systems
•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations. Must have experience with manufacturing systems (MES, OSIsoft, Logbooks, etc.)
•Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other relevant manufacturing technologies
•Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA) is a plus
