- Deep expertise in observability – cloud watch, Splunk, app dynamics, Grafana
- Experience in automation – automating L1 tasks
- Experience in auto remediation
- Good to have problem solving mindset and capabilities.
- End to end SRE experience – product, technical order, first contact
- DevOps experience good to have – Ansible.
- Terraform experience good to have.
- Experience in agile based practices
