As a SharePoint Designer/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in designing and updating a robust and intuitive HR Page for all associates. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with HR stakeholders to understand requirements, translating those into scalable SharePoint designs, implementing customization, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in SharePoint development, design, and administration to shape a platform that will impact every aspect of employee engagement within the organization. We are looking to organize existing content and add additional content to create an Employee self-service experience to access information and resources on policies, procedures, benefits, HR-related questions, tools, forms, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with HR teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for the SharePoint page.
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within SharePoint to meet HR-related goals and streamline processes.
• Create intuitive user interfaces, dashboards, and workflows that optimize user experience and productivity.
• Configure SharePoint permissions, security settings, and user access controls to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide weekly status of progress and deviation to planned activities.
• Document the design and work with internal SharePoint resources to transition maintenance for post-go live.
Qualifications:
• Experience working with requirements gathering from multiple sources
• Experience Designing high-quality, user friendly, intuitive SharePoint Solutions
• Experience working with SharePoint development features: Workflows, Content Deployment, Metadata, and Localization
• Experience with developing SharePoint workflows, graphic design, and web solutions (SharePoint)
• Experience with Visual Studio C# or VB.NET development • Experience with JavaScript
• Experience within the .NET framework (including analysis and application design)
