Job Description
This individual plays a crucial role in shaping the strategy and design of data infrastructure, data structures, data warehousing, and ETL processes. You will collaborate closely with a team of skilled developers to implement these designs and solutions, ensuring the efficient and effective management of data assets within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, including system analysts, product owners, and developers, to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable data solutions. You will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of data-driven initiatives and ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of our data assets.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
● 4+ years proven experience as a Data Analyst, Database Administrator, Data Engineer, or a similar role, with a focus on data strategy and design.
● Strong knowledge of data modeling principles, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
● Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational database technologies.
● Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data integration, and workflow management.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, and their data services.
● Experience in implementing data governance practices and ensuring data security and privacy.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
