- Strong Knowledge on P and C Insurance Domain with hands on in PAS, Billing and Claims
- Proficient in Duck Creek Testing with minimum of 7 years.
- Minimum Experience: 10+ yrs in Software Testing & Quality Assurance
- Should be able to Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated). Should be able to review test cases following the review process.
- Should possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology , methodologies and systems.
- Should be able to triage Defects and perform Root Cause analysis on Defects
- Proficient in Test Management Tools - Rally/JIRA/HP-QC/VSTS/TFS
- Should have Detailed and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Respond to all requests from internal and client team members in a timely professional manner.
- Comfortable in handling Automation as well as Manual test case execution.

- Experience in Framework Designing
- Evaluate and suggest frameworks that are fit for purpose to expand the automation suite / architecture
- Identify Tests/Scenarios for automation

- Should be able to track the Project Metrics relevant to Automation and also prepare Test Strategy/Plans to acheive the milestone on time
Must Have
- Selenium or Katalon hands on experience along with Framework design
- API test Hands on Experience
- Core Java, Python hands on Experience
- Hands on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation/SCM Tool (Jenkins/GIT)
- Well versed with Agile Methodology
- Proficient in Core Java/Groovy Scripting
- Sound Knowledge of Testing Framework (Cucumber/TestNG)
- Sound knowledge on Database concepts and hands on writing basic/complex SQL queries.
- Good Experience in handling headless Automation
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Works within QA team to develop and implement automation scripts
- Participates in functional walkthroughs
- Participates in the analysis of new requirements and uses cases to develop test approach and deliverables (test approach architecture, scenarios, test conditions, test cases, test data, and expected results)
- Conducts ad-hoc and exploratory testing
- Participates in the development of test coverage approach and maintains test plan in test management tool
- Develops custom tools, utilities or approaches, as required to test the application and features for functional and non-functional requirements
- Evaluates system behavior prior to and during load tests
- Enter test cases, analyzes results and documents defects in defect tracking tool
- Participates in the release management and quality process to validate those solutions meet business requirements
- Participates in quality management reviews as outlined in the Quality Management practice to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards.
