JOB DETAIL

  • Establish liaison relationship with business partners and technical team to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities. Support the planning and facilitate the requirement review sessions to ensure alignment across all business units.
  • Provide leadership to project team and identify key stakeholders to support the project objectives supporting the business case and Cost Benefit Analysis. Identify and agree on approach, scope and objectives. Document and communicate priorities and future phases.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Team and end-users to develop test cases and acceptance criteria and assist in validating test results. Where needed, lead quality assurance activities including design and execution of test cases. Investigate, resolve and escalate problems. Analyze metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Development Lead to facilitate business comprehension of new system design and report out of system analyst work. Coach and/or Mentor more junior staff within functional and project teams
  • Under limited supervision, responsible for collaborating with business partners and the IT outsourcing provider Allianz Technology of America to ensure quality delivery that adheres to Allianz Standards. This role is critical to ensuring that the delivery of technology solutions meets business needs, provides a positive customer experience, and meets Allianz global and regulatory IT and Security requirements.

 

Minimum Experience & Education Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' experience required: 8-10 years of relevant technical and business work experience
  • Four-year degree required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, specialized training or equivalent work experience.

Preferred:

  • Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or master's Certificate in Business Analysis
  • Certified Scrum Master and / or Product Owner
