Description
Minimum 10+ years of ESM Tools and Project Management experience encompassing wide range of skill set and roles.

- Advance-Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe 5 Agilist, Prince2 Agile Certified, ITIL4 Managing Professional
- Multiple project delivery experience for ServiceNow CMDB Design/Implementation/Transformation
- ServiceNow Admin / Implementation Certification
- Innovative and solutions focused IT professional, specializing in leading high-performing and multi-disciplinary teams in Onsite : Offshore model
- Track record of successfully achieving 100% of roadmap targets for multiple teams
Project Responsibilities:
- Help team to build foundation of trust, transparency, collaborative engagement resulting in increased productivity and foster innovation.
- Follow Agile/Scrum techniques and share findings with the teams.
- Assist in designing and deploying ServiceNow CMDB and facilitating the CMDB Cleanup process and continuous improvement plan documentation.
- Coordinate with Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning
- Schedule and allocate work, provided advice and guidance, and resolve problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives.
- Develop project plan, define milestones, front end communication and track daily progress.
- Execute weekly status review and steerco meetings with appropriate data points and accurate status updates.
- Coordinate with onsite : offshore teams and be the interface with customer for review meetings, work assignments, getting approvals and keeping all project documentation up to date.
Mandatory practical exposure to the below:
- Understand and define the project scope technically.
- Should be able to identify the resourcing and allocations for the project.
- Should be able to calculate the project timelines against the profit margin.
- Should be able to keep track of P& L for the project.
- Should be able to handle the planned and un-planned changes arising in the project.
- Should be able to do vendor management.
- Should be able to talk to customer for scope deviation.
- Should have conflict solving techniques.
