Reporting and Communication: assemble status reports and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders, including any deviations from the plan and their impact
Planning: outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for integration
Timeline Management: monitor project timelines and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure efforts stay on track
Issue Resolution: address and resolve any disputes, conflicts, or issues that may arise, working closely with legal and contractual experts as needed
Risk Management: identify challenges associated with a M&A and develop strategies and contingency plans to mitigate them
Stakeholder Management: engage with key stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels to ensure alignment and cooperation
Financial Management: ensure financial compliance by validating invoices and tracking costs
Project Oversight: ensure multiple projects rolling up to the program are managed efficiently, ensuring that Project Managers are managing risk mitigation, timelines, communicating dependencies, etc.
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management within an IT organization
Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex supply chain integration projects
Project experience related to Experience with supply chain management (quote/order to cash/procure to pay, inventory, warehouse operations, order management, WMS, TMS, manufacturing, etc.).
Understanding of ERP and accounting systems as it relates to M&A
Experience with end to end testing (business process plus system functionality including unit testing, system integration testing, testing orchestration, etc.) in partnership with a Test Manager and Testing team.
Business analysis background - Creating test cases, test scripts, blended scenarios, etc.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience managing projects related to M&A (merger, acquisition, divestiture, etc)
