JOB DETAIL

They will need to have a SOLID understanding of CI/CD, cycle time versus lead time, and INVEST criteria. 

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and guide Agile Scrum practices and principles within the team.

Ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies and continuously improves its processes.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks, emphasizing CI/CD principles.

Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.

Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Lead and facilitate Scrum events, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.

Monitor and track cycle time versus lead time to optimize delivery efficiency.

Apply the INVEST criteria to user stories, ensuring they are independent, negotiable, valuable, estimable, small, and testable.

Actively participate in removing impediments to the team's progress.

Promote a culture of innovation, adaptability, and self-organization.

 

Requirements:

Solid experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an Agile environment.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and their implementation within Agile processes.

Proficiency in understanding and analyzing cycle time versus lead time for process optimization.

Demonstrated application of the INVEST criteria to refine and prioritize user stories.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Certification in Scrum/Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
