JOB DETAIL

Assist the agency in implementing SharePoint, MS Teams, and Power Apps, and integrating these technologies into their current business processes.

Take a lead role in advising on the creation enforcement of governance policies.

Work with the client and its suppliers to develop MS Teams templates and request necessary functionality within the technologies.

Assist the end users in developing solutions that utilize Teams and SharePoint, and will develop, or assist the end users in developing, these solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Provide first level support for Teams users at the agency.

Adding and removing user accounts

Providing some first level user support (understand this may require some training, depending on the application)

Overseeing governance compliance for the application (i.e., ensuring that the agency's policies are adhered to).

Acting as a primary point of contact for business users, vendors, and IT to coordinate support tickets and resolving other issues.

Other related duties as required.

 

Required Skills:

10 Years - Significant experience with Microsoft SharePoint - including administration, installation, and configuration.

10 Years - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

10 Years - Experience with Windows OS

10 Years - Experience running small projects

Experience developing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI

5 Years - Significant experience with Microsoft Teams - including administration, installation, and configuration.
