Partner with project teams to drive alignment of the project strategies with Global applications to enable and create standardization for the SAP Transformation Project (Accelerate).
Participate in project readiness initiatives such as data analysis and cleansing, support work instruction updates for functional teams, ADO report and dashboard creation to prepare for the success of the Accelerate project go-live.
Facilitate the activities for Power Users such as test case reviews, training development.
Arrange meetings, develop agendas, and prepare progress reports to ensure business Power Users and Subject Matter Experts, responsible for executing specific global apps related activities, deliver on time. Example: story grooming, feature acceptance, test case review and execution.
Communicate and document timelines, progress, and deliverables for various stakeholders.
This is a highly specialized individual contributor role that leverages both project management and technical expertise. Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical knowledge in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
Skills:
Salesforce experience is required, certifications are optional.
Project experience and execution of project deliverables is required.
Experience presenting to business stakeholders with tools such as PowerPoint is required.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge and experience is desired.
ServiceMax, SAP, CPQ, ModelN experience is desired.
Azure DevOps (ADO), and PowerBI experience is a plus.
