Job Description:
• Loudspeaker is a pipeline of ideas from the voice of employees to continuously inspire and effect change to make tomorrow better than today.
• It is an internal client portal where employees may submit ideas or feedback for process improvements, enhancements to customer and employee experiences, and improvements for our products or services.
• This role is to assist in the maintenance and improvement of Tableau reporting in support of the Loudspeaker program.
• The reporting is consumed by thousands of client employees engaged in responding to Loudspeaker submissions and/or with advancing suggestions for improvement.
Scope of Work:
• Create weekly and monthly reporting on Loudspeaker feedback for senior leaders and executives
• Use PowerPoint, Tableau and SQL to produce monthly Operating Committee reporting deck
• Partner with reporting leads in other lines of business to develop additional views and reporting for senior leaders.
• Develop reporting in Tableau around Loudspeaker themes including time trends and top themes from the Loudspeaker data
• Mange the Loudspeaker Tableau environment, updating extract code as and when required and performing manual refreshes as and when required.
• Use SQL, SAS, Tableau, and other reporting packages and capabilities to create reports using highly unstructured data (free-form text)
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders and leaders
• Develop appropriate documentation around regularly published reporting along with maintaining appropriate documentation around new or update requests
Technical Requirements Must Haves:
• Tableau Desktop
• Tableau Server
• Teradata
• Microsoft SQL Server
Nice to have:
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
