- 1-2+ years’ experience with Fiserv DNA implementations as a Business Requirements Analyst or in a similar role
OR
5-6+ years’ prior experience as a technical or configuration analyst for a core banking implementation for deposit, lending, and/or treasury products
- Direct experience at 1 or more clients performing gap analysis between requirements and system functionality.
- Solid understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Technical writing experience, including system or configuration documentation, user manuals, and requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of banking operations, lending, deposits, and treasury
- Understanding of technical diagrams, system flows, and data requirements documents
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards related to banking operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience multiple core banking platforms especially FIS
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the implementation of the Fiserv DNA system.
- Perform gap analysis of product requirements with Fiserv DNA capabilities, identifying alternative solutions based on Fiserv DNA capabilities, customizations, or business process changes.
- Act as a Fiserv DNA product subject matter expert (SME) to answer questions regarding additional needs or support additional requirements.
- Perform requirements and product mapping between Fiserv DNA and other product processors and systems.
- Assist in defining, configuring, and documenting system settings and parameters for the Fiserv DNA system, specifically for deposit, lending, and treasury products, using plain English.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, aligning them with the capabilities of the Fiserv DNA system.
- Identify risks and issues related to business requirements and potential configuration challenges.
- Trace the impacts of business requirements to configuration and system impacts, and vice versa.
