Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested.  The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. 

Requirements:

Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT-focused role (5+ years);
• Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation;
• Experience in conducting system testing, developing test plans, and creating test scripts;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Preferred:
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct extensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, policies, and best practices.
• Lead testing efforts by developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
