What You’ll Do:
This position will work with the Strategic Projects and Company Initiatives group and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects, with a focus on an ERP implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
· ERP Implementation: Partner with the ERP Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
· Scope Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring they are clearly understood by all stakeholders. Continuously monitor and manage scope changes, assessing their impact on project timelines and budgets.
· Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project.
· Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and keep projects on track.
· Communication: Work with the Change Management team to maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders by providing regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, risk registers, and lessons learned. Ensure all project information is organized and accessible for future reference.
Work Experience
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; PMP or equivalent experience required
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with ERP experience with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
· Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools; MS Project experience a plus
· Exceptional organizational & time management skills
· Excellent leadership & team management skills
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve across functions
