- Expertise and experience with ServiceNow and a focus on experience with discovery, and configuration management (CMDB) is required.
- Expertise with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
- Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator and products such as Discovery, and ITOM are preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABLILTIES, AND BEHAVIORS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows)
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Knowledge of monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle
- ITIL knowledge with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies
