• Minimum 10 years’ Experience working as a data analyst in business intelligence, analytics, and Enterprise Data Warehousing environments.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and supporting normalized data structures.
• Proven experience in data profiling, mining, cleansing, and translating data between databases.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse tools and techniques, including Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, and Conceptual and Logical Data Design.
• Strong Data Analysis skills with various databases (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, etc.), source-to-target mapping, and validation with ELT teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MPP Databases (Snowflake, RedShift, etc.).
• Familiarity with Cognos/Tableau business intelligence tools.
• Exposure to Agile approaches such as Business Event Analysis and Modeling.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance systems.
• Understanding of Ohio business processes.

Education Required:

• Four-year college degree in Computer Science or similar field of study.
