The BA will identify opportunities for improving and optimizing our LMS,especially as it pertains to change management.

Qualification Number
· 36 months of experience in higher education as a business analyst assiting complex change initiatives, assessing change impact and developing change strategy.
· 36 months of experience in higher education, collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify technology needs and requirements;
· 36 months of experience in higher education, conducting in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
· 36 months of experience in higher education, working with cross-functional teams to design and recommend technology solutions that align with academic goals.
· 36 months of experience in higher education, assisting in the implementation and integration of new technologies, ensuring they meet the university's academic needs.
· 36 months of experience in higher education, develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technology solutions.
· 36 months of experience in higher education, managing communication plans, training programs, and workshops to support users through the change process.
· 36 months of experience in higher education, collecting and analyze data to measure the impact of technology initiatives on academic outcomes.
