• Document the current state of IT policy and procedures, identify gaps, and develop plans for updating/creating IT policy, processes, and procedures.
• Lead IT policy and procedures development with subject matter experts.
• Plan, develop, and assist in the coordination and communication of new policies and procedures.
• Be involved with preparing for compliance audits, participate in the audits, and work with a team to remediate findings.
• The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, and an overall team player.

Requirements

• Requirements Gathering (10 Years)
• Experience with creating/maintaining IT policy and procedures including IT Security policies and procedures (5 years)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills targeted at a variety of technical and non-technical audiences (10 years)
• Technical Writing
• Abilities and skills to understand IT policies, standards and procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Understanding of NIST standards, IRS 1075, SSA security requirements
