Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.
• Strong ability in logical thinking, aptitude , analytical ability and understanding business problem and provide with technical solutions.
• Ability to decompose the problem statement into user stories and estimate to delivery the stories. 

• Engage with Business Analysts and Clients in Workshops to understand and design solutions
• Client facing experience or showcasing the ability to do so.
• Should have experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Excellent interpersonal and communication and articulation skills
• Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.
• Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
• Ability to document solution and technical design and deliver the solution in collaboration with a team
• Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.
• Should have experience in working with SOAP/REST web services
• Experience in data migration activities and Salesforce org migration. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Salesforce certification is preferred and any Business analysist. 
• Strong presentation and communication skills
