Role Overview

We are currently looking to recruit several experienced Data Modelers to join our team. These individuals should have a robust expertise in Data Vault 2.0 modeling and a thorough understanding of healthcare data systems, enabling them to make significant contributions to our healthcare-oriented projects. Candidates with additional knowledge in Erwin Data Intelligence, Snowflake, and healthcare payer systems will find their skills particularly beneficial in designing and maintaining effective data models that align with both business objectives and industry regulations.

Must have:

• Data vault 2.0 modeling experience
• Healthcare experience

Nice to have:

• Erwin Data Intelligence
• Snowflake background
• Healthcare payer

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity or experience with Erwin Data Intelligence tools, with a preference for candidates proficient in using Erwin for data governance, modeling, and metadata management.
• Knowledge or exposure to Snowflake, especially in a data modeling context. Candidates with experience in Snowflake for data warehousing or analytics are encouraged to apply.
• Additional expertise in healthcare payer systems, including understanding of payer-specific data structures and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
