- BS Degree in Business or Computer Science and/or 5+ years of applicable experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plusm.
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experienced in project discovery and the ability to understand and manage requirements.
- Experience with SAFe.
- Experience working through a procurement process.
- Experience and ability to manage team impediments.
- Experience creating and managing project charters.
- Experience with Jira.
- Thorough knowledge of project cost management, benefit analysis, risk management, funding, and estimation of resources.
- Ability to draft statements of work for a attaining resources.
- Ability to calculate and report return on investment.
- Thorough knowledge and application of project management theories and practices.
- Extensive knowledge of the information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft products: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio Plus Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to lead project teams by encouraging and influencing others to perform.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement training of project management theories and methodology.
