JOB DETAIL

Our university client is looking for more assistance in their PeopleSoft team. The consultant will provide support specifically in areas of Advising and Registration within Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Also, the consultant will provide support and assistance with standard business processes testing for upcoming enhancements/upgrades, assistance with data reporting needs, and ad hoc requests related to the academic advising components within Campus Solutions.  

The start date for this role is 2/1/24. Our client’s office is closed for the holidays for the next two weeks and consultant interviews for this role will be completed in mid-January.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years of experience with PeopleSoft. 
• Candidates must have experience working within Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, specifically Advising and Registration. 
• Specific experience within higher education. (Must Have)

Responsibilities include: 
• Build PSQueries for data reports related to academic advising on an as-needed basis.
• Provide testing for PUM31 update to document and report any errors or issues encountered in testing.
• Respond to troubleshooting requests from campus advisors/administrators related to academic advising functions in Campus Solutions.  
• Provide support for entering Student Exceptions and Course Substitutions to the Academic Requirements Reports.  
• Assist with semesterly business processes for academic advising, including audits of specific student populations for Civic Literacy cohort, total hours to degree, General Education, transfer hours earned, and batch printing of advising reports.  
• Review existing PSQueries to determine Academic Requirement Report data needs for dean’s offices, departments and other campus partners.  
• Provide testing for the implementation of the state of Florida legislative mandate on Civic Literacy.  
• Coordinate meetings with the Registrar’s Office and other campus stakeholders as needed to review existing business processes and Stellic implementation.
